To LOG IN you must create an account (if you don't already have one). Each account requires an unique user id/email address.Click on the sign-up/log-in hyperlink in the top right corner of the homepage labeled SIGN UP / LOG INFill in the required fields. Hit Save! All done!Fill out the additional fields and RaceMill.com will automatically populate those fields during registration making the sign up process even faster!Now, go to any event and click "Register" [blue button to the the right of the event title] and the site will walk you through the process.**Note: if you are registering someone other than yourself, like a child or spouse, please be aware that you will need to create a separate account for each person you are registering with an unique user-id/email address.How do I create a racer profile?When you first visit RaceMill.com, you can click on the sign-up/log-in icon in the top right corner of the homepage. In addition, if you click on the Create a Race button, anywhere on the site, it will prompt you to create a user i.d.How do I find events on RaceMill.com?The home page will display events based on the earliest race on the calendar. If you are looking for a particular type of event, you can select the race type from the events tab. Finally, you can Search any race by typing a keyword or particular race name.How do I find results on RaceMill.com?The easiest way to find your results is to find your race under the "Results" tab and see the results of all finishers on that particular page. You can enter a specific name in the search bar and the results viewer will filter all results to display only matching name inputs. The results will be updated shortly after the race’s conclusion at the race director’s discretion.How do I know my credit card and payment information is safe?Racemill.com does not actually store your credit card or payment information. We have partnered with a leader in the online payment business, PayPal.com. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. Race Mill’s system will verify the code and deduct your savings prior to processing your payment.How do I get a refund if I cannot participate in an event I’ve already registered for?We're sorry, but RaceMill.com does not process refunds. You will need to contact the race director in order to see if they offer refunds. IE: Description, Registration windows, URL, Promo Codes, Custom Questions, etc.Be sure to click the "SAVE" button at the bottom of each page after any changes are madeHow do I check my Events Analytics?Log into your account as detailed above in the "How do I log in and update my race?" sectionFrom the Race Director Dashboard click the "RM Analytics" button directly below the "Normal View" button at the top of the event postHow do I see who has registered for my event?In order to view a list of participants registered for your event or race, you must be logged into your account as detailed above. Once you select the "edit view," navigate to the participants tab in your Dashboard. In this view you will see a list of everyone who is registered for your event. From here you can email a racer directly, or delete their information if they are no longer participating in your event. To download all of the participant information, select the Download Participant Information button at the bottom of the page. A CSV (comma separated values) file will be downloaded to your device. The data can be reviewed and sorted in the spreadsheet program of your choice.How do I input race results to RaceMill.com?When you are on the race dashboard/edit view, go to the results tab and you will be prompted to upload a comma separated values (CSV) file. Fortunately, most spreadsheet programs allow you to export or save as a CSV, so the conversion is easy. Once you have your file, follow the prompts to upload the data to the website. Once it is loaded, you will be able to select the columns you wish to display and the header titles for each column. It is recommended that when you save your file as a CSV, to include only one row above the results and save only the columns you wish to display. This will make editing the table in the Race Dashboard that much easier. Once you have selected and named your data, your results will be displayed under the Results tab found on the homepage.How much does it cost to list an event on RaceMill.com?Racemill is committed to being the low cost race registration provider to racers and race directors. RaceMill fees are based on a simple system. Races that cost $25 and less per entry have a flat $2 processing fee. Races that cost $25.01 to $99.99 have fees based on a flat $2, plus 2% of the entry fee.Races that cost $100 to $199.99 have fees based on a flat $2, plus 3% of the entry fee.And races $200 and up have fees based on a flat $2, plus 4% of the entry fee.Fees can be paid by the racer as an add on to the entry fee, or the processing fee can be included in the gross entry fee. If a Race Director builds the processing fee into the total race cost the charge will be taken out of the proceeds sent to the race director. You can expect your final check no later than 2 weeks after your final registration date. Be sure to fill out the correct mailing information or Paypal account information on the registration tab when creating your event. What is RaceMill Win-Win?Win-Win is RaceMill’s advertising revenue sharing program. We offer Win-Win to race directors and content providers.
