How do I know my credit card and payment information is safe?
Racemill.com does not actually store your credit card or payment information.  We have partnered with a leader in the online payment business, PayPal.com. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. For more information, click on the link below to visit Paypal.com's website.

  • Click "Go To My Page" in the grey bar at the top right of the page
  • From your user page select the "Races Directed" tab above your user image
  • Click on the event you want to edit
  • Once on the event page click the grey "Edit Event" button to the right of the Event title

You are now in your Race Director Dashboard!

  • Work your way through the necessary tabs to update any information.  IE: Description, Registration windows, URL, Promo Codes, Custom Questions, etc.
  • Be sure to click the "SAVE" button at the bottom of each page after any changes are made

How do I check my Events Analytics?

  • Log into your account as detailed above in the "How do I log in and update my race?" section
  • From the Race Director Dashboard click the "RM Analytics" button directly below the "Normal View" button at the top of the event post

How do I see who has registered for my event?

In order to view a list of participants registered for your event or race, you must be logged into your account as detailed above.  Once you select the "edit view," navigate to the participants tab in your Dashboard.  In this view you will see a list of everyone who is registered for your event.  From here you can email a racer directly, or delete their information if they are no longer participating in your event.

To download all of the participant information, select the Download Participant Information button at the bottom of the page.  A CSV (comma separated values) file will be downloaded to your device.  The data can be reviewed and sorted in the spreadsheet program of your choice.

How do I input race results to RaceMill.com?
When you are on the race dashboard/edit view, go to the results tab and you will be prompted to upload a comma separated values (CSV) file.  Fortunately, most spreadsheet programs allow you to export or save as a CSV, so the conversion is easy.  Once you have your file, follow the prompts to upload the data to the website.  Once it is loaded, you will be able to select the columns you wish to display and the header titles for each column.  It is recommended that when you save your file as a CSV, to include only one row above the results and save only the columns you wish to display.  This will make editing the table in the Race Dashboard that much easier. Once you have selected and named your data, your results will be displayed under the Results tab found on the homepage.

How much does it cost to list an event on RaceMill.com?
Racemill is committed to being the low cost race registration provider to racers and race directors.
RaceMill fees are based on a simple system.
  • Races that cost $25 and less per entry have a flat $2 processing fee.
  • Races that cost $25.01 to $99.99 have fees based on a flat $2, plus 2% of the entry fee.
  • Races that cost $100 to $199.99 have fees based on a flat $2, plus 3% of the entry fee.
  • And races $200 and up have fees based on a flat $2, plus 4% of the entry fee.
Fees can be paid by the racer as an add on to the entry fee, or the processing fee can be included in the gross entry fee.
