Submit all refund questions to the individual Event Directors

How do I get a refund if I cannot participate in an event I’ve already registered for?

We're sorry, but RaceMill.com does not process refunds. You will need to contact the event director in order to see if they offer a refund based on your situation.

To contact the Event Director:
Head over to the event page you want refunded and click the "Mail" icon in 1 of two locations
  • Option 1: Directly below the Event Title is the Director's name,  click the "Mail" icon to the right of their name
  • Option 2:  Scroll down to the bottom of the Event page and click the "Contact the Race Director" hypertext
Give a full explanation via email to the Event Director and they will get back to you with a response.
